Managing Coordinator 


Reporting to: SRJC Board Chair 
Contract Type: Part-time (24 hours per week) 
Location: Cape Town (On-site preferred; Remote work may be considered) 
Travel: National and international travel expected, at minimum quarterly 
Remuneration: R420,000 Annual (negotiable)

Role Summary 

The SRJC is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and visionary Managing Coordinator to lead the coalition’s strategic and programmatic work. Reporting directly to the SRJC Board Chair and is responsible for programme implementation, staff management, fundraising, stakeholder relations, internal and external communications. The successful candidate will bring knowledge and commitment to sexual and reproductive justice and the demonstrated capacity to manage a small, values-driven team through a period of organisational renewal and growth. 

Organisational Development Consultant

Budget Available: Up to US $8,000 (inclusive of all fees and expenses unless otherwise specified) 

This Opportunity  

Based on the findings of a completed Baseline Organisational Systems Assessment and Alignment Review, SRJC is seeking an External Organisational Development Consultant to design, develop, and institutionalise four integrated organisational systems that will strengthen SRJC’s governance, operational effectiveness, accountability, and strategic implementation. 

Resource Mobilisation Consultant


Organization: Sexual and Reproductive Justice Coalition (SRJC)
Location: Remote / Cape Town, South Africa (as needed)
Contract Period:  August 2026 – April 15, 2027 (Maximum 8 months)
Budget Available: Up to US$8,000 (inclusive of all fees and expenses unless otherwise specified) 

 This Opportunity 

SRJC has been selected to participate in the Fòs Feminista Partner Exchanges Program (2026–2027). As part of this initiative, USD $8,000 has been awarded to support. The consultancy is focused on developing a Resource Mobilization Strategy and Action Plan. Its aim is to strengthen SRJC’s long-term sustainability and build a structured, intentional approach to fundraising. 

SRJC is seeking an External Consultant to lead this process in close collaboration with SRJC leadership, working groups, and key stakeholders.
