As Executive Secretary of SRJC’s board, she ensures that all documentation is well-organized and leads the board’s Strategy and Programs Committee. She is an impact-driven political scientist and global health expert with over 15 years of experience in policy advocacy, research, and project coordination across Africa, Asia, and North America. Her work has influenced law, policy, and direct services, particularly in areas of gender-based violence (GBV), sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), power, and equality. She is especially skilled in advising governments and is known for advancing strategic litigation. She has published widely using mixed research methods to produce high-impact articles, briefs, and reports. She holds a PhD in Politics and International Development from the University of Leeds, an MA in Development Studies from the University of Rotterdam, and a BA in Asian Studies from The New School University.
