Jess is an applied Political Science scholar with over fifteen years of experience leading advocacy and research in the United States, Asia and Africa. She has expertise in gender, race, coloniality and Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR). She holds a PhD, Politics and International Development, University of Leeds; MA, Development Studies, University of Rotterdam, and BA, Asian Studies, The New School University.
