Baster holds a BA Honours in Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand. He believes that diversity is the world’s most beautiful art that’s not well appreciated, which explains why he is passionate about social justice for all people in spite of their differences. While Baster is always appreciative of the opportunities to learn and grow, he also has experience in various fields such as Peer Education, Research, Child Protection, Counselling and Project Management.
