Sign the petition directed to the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA) regarding a poorly qualified University of Cape Town (UCT) doctor advising on gender identity and sexual orientation in public schools in a harmful and discriminatory manner.
Mental health professionals should advocate against discrimination and support children’s wellbeing by following recognised best practices in gender affirming healthcare, NOT pursue harmful and unlawful transphobic approaches.
